Payment on delivery
Ordered goods are paid with cash to Slovenian Post officer on delivery.
Prepayment invoice is sent in one day after order confirmation. Easiest way of paying invoice is through you internet banking platform, but you are off course also welcome to pay at any bank. Due date to pay prepayment invoice is 3 days.

If we don’t receive payment in three days we will presume that you are resigning off contract and will cancel invoice and payment.
Information about our item stock is refreshed once a day, hence possibility exists that ordered item is not on stock at time when order is confirmed. In this case you will be informed immediately. Any payment made for that kind of order will be returned in three working days maximum.

The orders received before 13:00 shall be shipped out no later than two business days after the order (delivery times are valid if the items are in stock). As order confirmation counts a confirmation e-mail, which the customer receives to their e-mail account.
If the items are not available and the seller cannot fulfil its obligations, the customer shall be notified immediately. The ordered items shall be delivered via the regular delivery service, depending on the customer's choice. The cost of delivery shall be charged according to the pricelist.
In the event the seller ships all ordered items on time, the seller is not responsible for delivery times of the selected delivery service. The items shall be delivered to the address specified by the customer upon registration or order. If the delivery service cannot find the customer, they shall leave a notice. The customer can take over the goods at the delivery service pick-up location or arrange another delivery.
Can I return received goods?
Referring to 43. paragraph of Consumer protection act – customer can, in 14 days after receiving his order, resign off his contract. Customer does so in writing to address specified below or by sending e-mail to: email@example.com. Customer is not obliged to specify reasons of resigning from his order/contract, but is obliged to return all goods undamaged and in original packaging with original tags and in original quantity.
Customer is obliged to return goods in fourteen (14) days after sending his written resign form. Customer must also return original invoice and filled in form for returning goods that came with his order. All costs that occur with returning goods are to be paid by customer.
Item(s) received Damaged/faulty
If package is visibly physically damaged, is missing content or shows signs of being opened prior to receiving, customer proceed warranty claim at delivery service provider and send mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Cooperating with delivery company, we will ensure warranty claim to be resolved ASAP.
In case of any damage which didn’t occur during shipping transportation, customer must inform us and fill in warranty claim in eight (8) days after receiving shipment. Warranty resolving will occur in terms with valid acts and law.
Customer can claim warranty, with filled in warranty form and original invoice, directly at manufacturer or reseller. According to the law, manufacturer is obliged to make warranty repairs in forty five (45) days after receiving defected items, if repairs are not possible he must replace items with flawless item of equivalent value. Items are returned in accordance with terms and conditions, manufacturer has stated in warranty terms. Customer does not have any costs with returning goods under warranty claim.

Predračun prejmete po elektronski pošti v roku enega delovnega dne po prejeti potrditvi naročila. Plačilo najlažje in najhitreje izvedete v svoj spletni banki s splošnim plačilnim nalogom BN02, lahko pa tudi pri katerikoli banki ali pošti v Sloveniji. Rok za plačilo je 3 dni po prejemu predračuna. Če v tem času ne prejmemo plačila na naš račun, bomo razumeli, da odstopate od naročila in naročilo stornirali.
